If there is one thing Obstacle Course events, like Tough Mudder, prove is that not even 10,000 volts and tents full of tear gas can stop a determined team.

Iain Chalmers and Emily Holzer from Holst, distributor of the McQuaig Psychometric System, spent a Sunday morning running 11 miles up and down hills, through freezing ice baths and a tent of live 10,000 volt wires. If you are not familiar with Tough Mudder then you won’t have seen the almost cult-like event becoming more and more popular. Iain Chalmers Tough Mudder 2015 from Holst Started, allegedly, by ex-SAS officers Tough Mudder is a test of fitness and willpower. Months of training is needed to cope with 21 obstacles over 11 miles including monkey-bars, 10ft fences and ‘sewer rat tunnels’ participants need to get through. Emily Holzer Tough Mudder 2015 Holst Why? Well, in the name of charity of course. Emily was running for Scannappeal and Iain for Shelterbox. Two fantastic causes that are in need of contributions.
