In addition to running the companies, responsibilities included assessing, selecting and developing their personnel up to director level, using basic psychometric principles.
Took early retirement and ran own successful management consultancy before specialising in psychometric profiling with Holst for HR divisions within a broad range of industries in NW and NE of England and Scotland.
