For twenty-one years prior to acquiring Holst in 1995, he worked for a Fortune 200 US multinational, Avery Dennison. He held a number of senior executive and Chief Executive positions in the UK, Europe and North America. In these roles he was involved in many leading edge business approaches, including introducing The McQuaig System™. Russell works with a broad cross section of organisations. These range from small businesses with a handful of employees to clients such as BT, Whitbread, NHS, Unison, Marriott, Wrigley etc. Russell has been the key speaker on Creativity and Innovation at such events as the Van den Bergh UK Marketing Conference, the Van den Bergh Technology Exchange Conference, the 3M Technical Council, the Astra Zeneca R&D Conference and the Mars IT Conference.
