Jeff first trained as a Cost & Works Accountant with the Esso Petroleum Company and quickly moved into sales career at the expanding Office Equipment Company where he worked for over 20 years. Jeff progressed to become Sales Director with a multi million pound turnover until the company was taken over by Sketchley Plc and Jeff was appointed Managing Director of one of their strategic business units. 

After 4 years this business was acquired but another organisation and Jeff joined Holst as an Associate covering the South West of England and South Wales.
